About Kewco
Kewco Bathroom Products was established in 1954 by Keith Edward Walter in Adelaide with the support of his wife Carlien.
The name KEWCO is made up of their initials (Keith Edward Walter Carlien Others). Keith had an uncompromising vision for his company - the shower screens they made had to be functional, stylish and built to the highest standards, using the very best materials.
When they started out, a small fowl house out the back of Keith’s parent’s property, was used as a workspace. Later the first factory and showroom was established at Woodlands Terrace, Edwardstown, with 8 employees. Within a few years it was necessary for further expansion and Kewco was relocated to its current address at 270 Brighton Road, Somerton Park and employs over 40 South Australians.
Today, Kewco remains a family owned and operated company, with three generations working within the business, Kewco is managed by Keith’s son Grant, his daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren are also involved within the company. Kewco are very proud of the number of long standing staff members they have (the longest 38 years).
Kewco have a huge range of bathroom, kitchen & laundry products on offer, but clearly their success over the last 60 years in business has been built on great family values, offering excellent customer service and taking pride in every product that they supply.
